Please read these terms carefully before using the BCFLEX platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BCFLEX ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not access or use the Platform. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BCFLEX.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and are not prohibited from using cryptocurrency services under applicable laws.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use.
4. Trading Rules
All trades executed on the Platform are final and irreversible. You acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk and that the value of digital assets can fluctuate dramatically. BCFLEX is not responsible for any losses incurred through trading activity.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: engage in market manipulation, use automated tools in violation of our API terms, attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, launder money or finance terrorism, or use the Platform for any illegal purpose.
6. Fees
Trading and withdrawal fees are outlined on our Fees page. BCFLEX reserves the right to modify fee schedules with prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the updated fees.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BCFLEX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
